Colors are a coastal blue on exterior and light and bright on the inside appropriately decorated to feature coastal vibes. Location is in a Lake Community and with your reservation, you are provided access to the gated, private "Smith Lake" picnic and boat ramp. Smith Lake is a small, clean, spring-fed Lake where you can swim, fish and play. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful where evening strolls are welcomed. You are centrally located approximately 8 miles to the Villages, and within a short drive to some of Florida's main attractions including all of the famous Springs, Disney, St. Petersburg/Clearwater, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach - The list goes on.

We love to travel but our favorite family place to visit is anywhere that the water is ice blue and warm in temps. We love the snorkeling finds like conch shells, old bottles (On display in the home), Red snapper caught fresh off the beach, waves and Sunshine!
Why they chose this property
This home was built in love in a subdivision where we (As property owners) raised our (2) young children for the past (2) decades. Every nook and cranny is top notch, safe and clean. Neighbor to left is an avid bass fisherman and goes out daily with his boat to catch fish. ALL neighbors are exceptional in manners, friendliness and respectful.
