Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Everything was exactly as listed in the description. It was nice being able to take a trip with friends and have the common areas available for meals and games. The property owner was proactive in his communications and checking in to make sure everything was good.

This house was very nice. It was well-kept and the neighborhood was nice. All interactions with owners were great, and the "housekeeper," Linda, was extremely nice as well. Would definitely reccmmend.

Fabulous Get Away

We enjoyed the location and the signs posted throughout the house it was easy to understand. Although we did not cook much there was a fully stocked kitchen and towels for the pool. WE will rent this place again..

This is a very cozy home. It has all the necessities you need. The patio is great for outdoor dining. The pool was nice, but do not go in May, if you want warm water. No Heater

Spacious Comfortable Relaxing

We recently spent a month at the Riddles rental property and really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, comfortable and on a quiet cul de sac with privacy. We especially enjoyed the patio and pool. During our stay we took day trips to Daytona Beach, Orlando and St. Pete's Beach. There are restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, pharmacies, gas stations etc...close by. There's a WalMart Supercenter under construction 1 mile from the house due to be opening July (2013) I believe. If you like walking or bicycling you'll enjoy the 'Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway' that's close by. The Riddles were very accommodating and we would stay here again.

Wonderful Home for Mother's 80th birthday surprise !

The property is exactly as described, clean and had everything that you needed to make it your home. Although we did not use the pool or patio it was lovely. The home was in a great neighborhood that was very quiet and close to grocery stores. The home layout was very nice. There was plenty of parking. For those not familiar with the area a GPS is a must in order to find your way around due to so many streets being courts, lanes, loops, etc. Thank you Jody for letting me know what to put in the GPS to find the home. My mom kept getting lost and I would have to go find where she was LOL !!! Our stay was wonderful !

Always check your grill!!

Multiple stains in bathrooms, refrigerator, pool deck. Dust, human and animal hairs in master bedroom and general areas of the house & furniture. Grill collecting pans full of grease after short warm up it caught fire 🔥.. I was very close to dumping the Grill into the pool, due to my background I was calm enough to soffocate the flames with wet pool towels. Property owners relate in third party services to manage the property and is having difficulty with the quality of their work. Even though I have these issues on my stay Jody was very accommodating, attentive and apologetic with all the situations he even refund me cleaning fees plus.. to at total of $400 bucks for all our inconvenience.

As usual all was perfect, enjoyed pool and patio dining and BBQ grill daily. House is always super clean with lots of extra linens, utensils, etc. Provides an at home feeling while away.
