1. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the home.
2. Events and Gatherings: No events, parties, or gatherings are allowed.
3. Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unregistered guests.
4. Food and Drink: Eating or drinking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
5. Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
6. Noise: Please keep noise levels down and refrain from playing loud music after 10 PM.
7. Furniture: Do not rearrange the furniture.
8. Damages: Report any damages immediately to ensure prompt resolution.

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs 30 lbs or under to our B&B! We ask that all furry guests are supervised and treated with the same care and respect as our home.
Dogs must remain off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs.
Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside the property.
Pets should be supervised and should not disturb other guests.
At this time, dogs are the only pets we can accommodate. No other types of pets are permitted.

For the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property, this home is equipped with exterior security cameras as required by local ordinance. Cameras are located outside the home and monitor exterior entry points and outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces. The cameras are used solely for security purposes and to verify compliance with occupancy and house rules when necessary.
