The luxurious apartment is around 100 m2 in size and can accommodate up to 5 people. Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. A highlight is the large south-facing balcony with a direct view of the lake in all directions.
The adjoining the terrace, spacious living and dining room with fireplace and large panoramic window has a L-couch and a spacious dining table. The floor is made of solid wood planks in dark cherry.
There is also an adjoining office and guest bedroom with a bed that can be pulled out to a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with high quality built-in appliances (Siemens, Porsche-Design and Fissler). A large refrigerator with separate drinks cabinet and freezer rounds off the matter. There is also an oven-microwave combi and a ceran field.
The rear-facing bedroom with double bed is equipped with allergy-friendly mattresses (cold foam) and spacious closet. Ironing board and clothes horse and iron are available. The bedroom has air conditioning. The main bathroom has a bath and a shower with tropical showers and massage jets, as well as a toilet. The 2. Bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
The living room is equipped with a lion flat screen TV with DVD and Bose surround system. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. High-quality real wood fixtures crafted - some white, some cherry. Intercom with video.
