Modern beach apartment in the 1st row, 12 sqm SW balcony, swimming pool, sauna, WLAN

It is a 2-room apartment on the mezzanine floor of a beautiful and well-kept holiday complex. It is located directly on the beach and near the modern marina of Grömitz and is quiet because there is no through traffic.
The non-smoking apartment is 45 square meters in size and suitable for 1-4 people. The 12 sqm balcony has south-west orientation (therefore no direct sea view!) and an awning. The cozy living room is equipped with a 43 "Curved UHD 4 K television (due to the curved screen, a more intense film experience than with a flat screen TV. Due to the wide field of view and the low distortion, particularly easy on the eyes! ), a music system, Blue-Ray home theater system and newer (2018!) open kitchen equipped and invites you to linger. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, which can also be pushed together to create a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a flat screen TV. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed for 1-2 people. The shower room has been completely redesigned. It is modern, bright and friendly.

A private parking space belongs to the apartment.
In the annex, just a few steps away from the apartment, there is a swimming pool and the Finnish sauna. There is also a sunny coffee terrace and a restaurant with a cocktail bar.
There are many other restaurants and cafes on the more than 3 km long promenade and at the marina.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the house and there are also storage facilities for your bicycles and surfboards.

Würde ich jeden empfehlen der Abends gerne ein Lokal besucht und den Meerblick geniessen möchte. Viele unterschiedliche Gastronomie findet man an der Strandpromenade zwischen Jachthafen und Riesenrad.Für uns ist es ein perfekter Ort für Strandvergnügen und abendlicher Unterhaltung .

Die Wohnung hat genug Platz und eine wunderschöne, große Terrasse. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Besitzer sind super nett und freundlich. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man das Hallenbad mitbenutzen. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank dafür! :)

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Grömitz. Die Unterkunft ist direkt an der Strandpromenade, sodass fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad alles super zu erreichen ist.

Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden und begeistert von der Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung und eingebaute Technik (Fernseher, WLAN, Musikanlage, Küchenausstatung ) waren auf neuesten Stand. Top! Ein super Boxspringbett sorge für störungsfreien, erholsamen Schlaf. Sehr nette Vermieter übergaben uns eine gepflegte Wohnung und ließ uns auf einen schönen Urlaub freuen. Tolle Lage und 1a Angebot

Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend trotz unserer sehr späten Ankunft. Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse und sie enthält alles was man benötigt. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind ebenfalls ein klasse Mehrwert. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Bis auf das Wetter war alles bestens. Der Vermieter war trotz extremer Verspätung unserseitz persönlich anwesend. Die Unterkunft ist echt schön, tolle Lage und alles vorhanden was man sich in einer Ferienwohnung wünscht. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
