Newly renovated holiday rental (first rental in July 2026), located right on the waterfront in Grömitz. Direct access to the spa promenade (about 100 m) and the fine-sand beach (about 150 m).
The pier is about a 2-minute walk away, and the marina is about a 5-minute walk away.
The building has an lift accessible from ground level, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and sauna available for a fee. A small fitness room is available for free use.

Open-concept living-dining area with direct access to the beautiful southwest-facing balcony offering a side view of the lake, a sleeper sofa (140 x 200), and a dining area for four people. For entertainment, a Smart TV with DSL connection and a digital radio are available. The window can be completely darkened using an electric exterior roller shutter.

The bright bedroom is separated from the living room by a glass wall with sliding glass doors and is equipped with a double bed (2x80x200 cm) and a spacious closet. The windows can also be completely darkened using electric exterior roller shutters.

The fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living-dining area, features a 2-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, separate freezer, oven with integrated microwave, coffee maker with thermos, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses, as well as many useful kitchen gadgets, round out the amenities.

Our guests have access to a covered parking space (height 192 cm) as well as a spacious, lockable basement storage room with charging capabilities for e-bikes. The basement is at ground level and also offers space for roof boxes, suitcases, beach gear, etc.

Lift with ground-level access, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, and a sauna (for a fee), plus a small fitness room.
