Sedona La Belle Maison is a brand-new property situated in a peaceful West Sedona neighborhood. This location is close to attractions, Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, as well as many popular hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping!


The singe-level home is spacious with 1,958 square feet, with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests.


Entering the home through the front door, you will step into the great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.


Living Room: Features contemporary furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV and large windows to bring in the natural light and surrounding views. You'll enjoy an open, airy ambiance brought by the vaulted ceilings.


Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a six-burn Wolf gas range. The kitchen's center island offers seating for three and is great for meal prep and entertaining.


Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six and convenient access to the patio.


Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Master Bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV, the en suite bathroom has two vanities, a soaking tub, separate tile and glass shower, and a water closet.


Bedrooms 2 and 3 – Each bedroom offers a queen bed and Smart TV. These bedrooms have access to a shared full bathroom offering double sinks and a separate tub/shower combo.

A beautiful home in a stunning location

This home is gorgeous - well appointed and spotlessly clean. It was a wonderful home to relax in after some long days of hiking and exploring. We loved having a hot tub to relax in. The hosts communicated well and it was a great experience. We highly recommend this home!

This house is beautiful! We enjoyed the fireplace in the morning and the hot tub after hikes.Beds are comfortable and new. Hikes are located close to this home. We played pickleball at Posse Park which is also located close to the home. Dinner was out or fish from Whole Foods which is about a mile away. The grill was clean with plenty of gas for fish or steaks.

This property exceeded expectations. Very simple to access in a lovely Sedona neighborhood with breathtaking views out the front window. There is much more space than you can tell from the photos. We took advantage of the hot tub after a day of hiking in the desert. The travel guides, maps, and binder of suggestions was very helpful.

Beautiful new home. Very nice and quiet neighborhood convenient for getting around Sedona. Kitchen had premium appliances and stocked with essentials. Everything worked! Great TV’s. Place was spotless. Bedding and towels were top quality. I’d recommend to anyone anting the privacy of your own home when visiting Sedona.

Excellent property, location, and experience

The property was the cleanest, most well-stocked property we’ve stayed at to-date. The pictures are very accurate. A great grill, coupled with terrific kitchenware had us eat in more than normal. Walking into the property had an instant clean fragrance. Hiking trails are a short-walk to several miles of great hiking. Phenomenal property and we’ll look to use this property again. Kudos to the Sedona Service team who were helpful and responsive.

Wonderful Views of the red rock mountains.Beautiful and clean home!

This home and the view of the red rock mountains is beautiful! The home is so clean and well equipped. We felt at home the moment we entered the home. The staff ifs very responsive.The home is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. But we wanted to be able to use our own coffee, and be able to make a pot of coffee. We called the VRBO staff to see if we needed to go buy a coffee pot. They responded in 15 minutes of our call , and delivered a coffee pot to the home. We would definitely use this company again.

The property is one of the cleanest VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in, and is in a quiet location with stunning view of Capitol Butte/Thunder Mountain. The home is modern and well appointed and comes as advertised on the listing. The only constructive criticism would be adding a dishcloth to the welcome basket (easier to wash dishes and clean counters than using the provided sponge), and an outside table for dining for 4 would be nice. The management company ran up a toaster oven as the toaster was broken, which was functional; however, a new toaster would be nice. Would definitely stay again as our travels bring us to Sedona.

The house is beautiful and the location is unbeatable. The kitchen counter is beautiful. However, there are ants everywhere throughout the house especially we can’t leave anything on the kitchen counter. If I leave coffee mug on the counter for 5 minutes, then more than 50 ants will surround around the base of my mug. Not a pleasant sight in the kitchen. We have to keep any food in the fridge. We didn’t call for service because we didn’t want to deal with the smell of the anti pest spray in the house because my parents are 89 and 84-year-old and suffer respiratory issues post COVID. But we did communicate with them once we left and notified them the issue. All we heard was why we didn’t address the issues while we were there. We aren’t happy with their feedback and would like anyone who is interested in booking the unit to be aware of this issue in the future.

The housexwas comfortable. Extremely clean. Sitting and gazing at the mountains was so peaceful. There is even a trail close by to hike sugarloaf mountain. Highly recommend
