A fun getaway

Property and views were amazing, close to everything. Beds were comfortable Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need as well. Out door fireplace was a fun to sit by in the evenings. Would definitely come back here and stay.

Lovely base from which to explore Sedona

The host, Robert, is very responsive and helpful. The house and furnishings are dated and showing signs of vacation home wear-n-tear, but it's comfortable and clean enough. The view from the home is lovely and the location feels very safe. We appreciated that paper products and all linens, laundry detergent and coffee (regular, no decaf) were provided. (No bar soap, fyi, and there are only approx 10 clothes hangers in the house). We did encounter a few issues but nothing that would ruin a vacation. Our only real complaint is that the A/C thermostat is programmed NOT to go below 72 degrees, which I don't recall seeing in the listing. That's a challenge for those who like to sleep with it slightly cooler. We've let the owner know about some repairs that need attention. I think for the price it's a lot of space if you need 3 bedrooms. And it's well located for exploring Sedona.

Meditative peace, rest, love and joy

Our time in Sedona was so special and this beautiful home exceeded my expectations. An early morning cup of coffee on the deck off of the master was a moment of awe inspiring views and a level of self care that everyone on vacation should experience. My only comment to owner is...keep this property available for rental. We are coming back!

Beautiful house with everything we need, and very nice location nearby to stores and scenic sights!

Robert is very responsive! We love the house, we even used the garage for our car, kitchen and living room is perfect for group of 8 of us! They had some games we even played. It’s very nice stay after we were in two different hotels between Phoenix and Page, we feel totally relaxed at this house! Thank you Robert!

Great Stay

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown Sedona with a magical view! The pictures are reality. My adult son and I stayed here for a few days in April. We spent most of our time on the patio that had a very good view of the mountains and a fireplace for the chilly evenings. The layout is a bit unusual. There are two bedrooms upstairs which share the master bathroom and a third bedroom downstairs with a common bathroom and a den area. So, the people staying upstairs need to like to share a bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked, ample paper products and a full size washer and dryer. The owner likes to email and text you directly to check on you.

Excellent location and views

During a chilly winter stay in Sedona, we had excellent views of the surroundings throughout the house and enjoyed the indoor fireplace. The location was also in very close proximity to some of our plans (Sedona New Day Spa, breakfast at Coffee Pot Restaurant, Verde Valley wine region, and Cultural Park Pl for stargazing). There were some inconveniences in that the person cleaning and restocking the house between visitors doesn't seem to really pay attention to what needs restocked, such as toilet paper in the main bathroom, coffee and coffee supplies, functioning lighter for the outdoor fireplace, etc. I was able to eventually hunt down what I needed or contact the host for a quick response, but going forward this is something that can be easily addressed for the subsequent guests.

Very nice property

This is a beautiful property in a very quiet neighborhood. It checked off a lot of the items that are important to our group such as: comfy beds, good showers with good water pressure, well stocked kitchen, quiet, updated, & attentive/easy to work with owners. The only reasons we didn't give it 5 stars is because we felt the outdoor metal furniture was uncomfortable, we were only given 1 key for a party of 6 adults, & the garage was unavailable for use. Makes for hot cars parked out in the sun during the summer months. Please note that there's ample parking for your cars. We just thought it would be nice to have them parked in a closed garage. We would rent this property again because it was such a lovely property & the owners bend over backward to address any issues you may have.
