This spacious home boasts 3,300 square-feet of luxurious open living. Completely remodeled home, high end finishes such as granite counters, and tile flooring throughout. 7.5 miles to the many white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island! 3.8 miles from Bradenton Area Convention Center, 2.8 miles to Blake Medical Center, 1.4 miles to Bradenton Country Club.

Includes BOTH the main house which is 3 bed/3 bath PLUS the Guest House which is 2 bed/1 bath (a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!). Guest House is a separate 900 sf detached building with separate front entry, its own driveway and additional access from the pool/patio area. Includes a King bedroom, a Queen Bedroom, living room with Sectionals Sofa and Bar height table & stools. Sleeps a total of 18, including guest house.

Large screened pool deck surrounding the heated pool & spa. Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right?

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and center island.

Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, crock pot, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

Dining: Kitchen Island with 3 stools, Dining room table that seats 7 plus

Breakfast table w/ 4 chairs

Screened Poolside Furniture: Outdoor sofa, 6 chairs and 4 lounge chairs

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pets (dogs only) allowed on a case by case basis with a $150 pet fee

Soccer trip

This house was perfect for groups! We stayed here for a long weekend with soccer friends and family. The layout of the house was perfect to make it not feel cramped with 13 people there. Plenty of seating space and sleeping space. The bedrooms are huge!The host, Karen, is so sweet and was very easy to answer a question we had about the pool while we were there. If we have another soccer weekend there, we will definitely be staying here again!

Family Reunion/Vacation

This home worked well for our family reunion/vacation. We had 8 adults and 10 grandchildren in our party. There was plenty of interior space for gathering for meals and games. The pool was a hit with the kids. Local worked well for activities and locations we wanted to go to. I would definitely book the house again.

Perfect Location

We had a last minute job in Palmetto and the home was close to job site and had plenty of room for the team of 8. I would recommend to any large group looking for a quiet place to stay with plenty of room.

Great for a family vacation

My daughter plays soccer for Girls Academy and we turned this into a family vacation with all 16 of us. IMG was only 13 minutes away! The house was very clean, spacious, and the property manager was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. There was fast food restaurants within minutes for the little kids and Publix and Walgreens were really close by as well. We had a fantastic stay and it turned out to be a very memorable vacation!

Perfect Team Accommodations

This home is the perfect smaller team accommodation when playing at IMG. You are less than 20 minutes from the fields (from the property take 43rd street west right to the gates of IMG). Our group of (12) 17-18yo Girls Academy players and (4) adults had a blast. The ability to make your own meals onsite is a huge cost saving for traveling teams. Karen is an incredibly accessible hostess.

Vacation Fun!

This was a great property to rent. Very clean and comfortable for 10 people. Grandkids loved the pool. The layout of the house was perfect for doing things together as a family or do things on your own. We would definitely rent again!

An excellent venue for my dad's 100th birthday gathering

My family had several different overnight accommodations, so we didn't have to squeeze 18 people into the bedrooms. But the house was the perfect central gathering spot during the day. Comfortable seating everywhere - in the living room, at the dining tables, and in the shade poolside. The host was extremely responsive. I hope we can return to celebrate 101!

This is a perfect place to stay!

Lovely Space

The property is set up wonderfully for a large group! We enjoyed connecting time by the beautiful, refreshing pool, and the indoor space for eating, talking, and playing games together was just perfect. The host was wonderful at keeping in contact with us and taking care of any unforeseen issues that came up. The home is situated in a lovely area near the river, but there was quite a bit of traffic and no sidewalks, so walking the dog was a little tricky. Overall our stay was very enjoyable!

Home away from home

Can't say enough positive things about our stay. The house was amazing. Everything you need for your stay was there. Bring yourself, food, and bags. Beach and pool toys provided. Pack n play, stroller, high chair no worries it's provided. Our young adult kiddos loved the seperate guest house to enjoy their time and the privacy it provided. The main house was very spacious and had plenty of space for us to spend time together as a family. Ready to relax, ample amount of seating poolside, out of the sun, to chill and watch the kids play and enjoy the pool. Perfect location between multiple beaches. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a minor issue with the front door handle when we checked in and the owner had someone out there the same day to fix it . Incredibly responsive! Would stay there again.

Perfect Family Spring Break House

This house was perfect for our two families for a Spring Break trip. Pool was great for the kids and hot tub was great for the adults in the evenings. Easy access to downtown Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. Highly recommend!

Wonderful rental!

What a great experience! We planned a family Thanksgiving holiday and we were very pleased with accommodations. The furniture was all new or like new and very comfortable including the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice dishes and a lot of pots and pans. Unit included a blender, nice coffee pot including a nice supply of coffee, a few basic spices, baggies, foil etc. The pool was very clean and same with outdoor living space. All lights were noted what they were for which was very nice. We would highly recommend this property if ever in the area again. Quick response from Owner when we had questions.

Fun in the sun

Great place, very fast internet, great entertaining pool area, many sitting spots for conversation in the home. Lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. The owner is super responsive for anything you may need. Close to beaches and numerous restaurants and shopping.
