Gorgeous Banner Mountain 3 BR /2.5 BA home. The backyard is over an acre of beautiful trees and hammocks to relax in. There are two decks, outdoor grill, well appointed full kitchen, separate office, great wifi, skylights, natural light and heated floors. Master suite is exquisite with a fantastic fireplace for those chilly winter evenings. Also has a wood stove in the great room. Three miles from downtown Nevada City and Grass Valley. There are lots of hiking trails nearby right out the door.

Family met here for a wedding. House really helped accommodate a big chunk of the family. While we didn't spend much time in the house, it had everything that we needed!

Amazing property

This was the perfect place to spend Christmas with family. It was roomy, cozy and comfortable. The beds were wonderful and the hot tub was perfect. The house has over an acre in the back which means you have privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed--spices, coffee, etc. While it rained the entire time we were there, we still took advantage of walks in the rain. The hosts were great!!

Despite inclement weather we had a lovely stay!

We spent a few days over Spring Break, and while the rain in the area kept us from going outdoors as much as we'd planned, we had a great, cozy time in the house. The rooms were very comfortable and everyone slept well. We hot-tubbed and went into Nevada City and Grass Valley for dinner some nights. The house is really well situated and close to both towns. We did manage to get out a few times for a hike along the Yuba and in the area. We're planning to come back.

Our log home is serene, relaxing and spacious. We have a large comfortable couch to lounge on, hammocks in the backyard, a fire table, a grill and outdoor dining as well as a backyard to explore. We enjoy this property with our family and friends and you will as well.

What makes this property unique

It is a cozy log home with a lot of light and wonderful private backyard to enjoy. It is perfect for a family or group of friends to spend quality time together.
