Gorgeous Banner Mountain 3 BR /2.5 BA home. The backyard is over an acre of beautiful trees and hammocks to relax in. There are two decks, outdoor grill, well appointed full kitchen, separate office, great wifi, skylights, natural light and heated floors. Master suite is exquisite with a fantastic fireplace for those chilly winter evenings. Also has a wood stove in the great room. Three miles from downtown Nevada City and Grass Valley. There are lots of hiking trails nearby right out the door.

I am a Psychotherapist working in private practice: valtate.com and fell in love with Nevada City in 2019. I live my life led by intuition and feel so blessed to have found this wonderful cabin in the woods. I have a 21 year old son in College and love to travel the world.
Why they chose this property
Our log home is serene, relaxing and spacious. We have a large comfortable couch to lounge on, hammocks in the backyard, a fire table, a grill and outdoor dining as well as a backyard to explore. We enjoy this property with our family and friends and you will as well.
What makes this property unique
It is a cozy log home with a lot of light and wonderful private backyard to enjoy. It is perfect for a family or group of friends to spend quality time together.
