The space
Both bedrooms have king beds with pillow toppers, and desks for the business traveler. The Living Room has a fold-down futon sofa bed suitable for children to small adults, and very plush sofa & loveseat for a very relaxing stay. Please note that due to the pool children are allowed WITH PARENTAL SUPERVISION. Rent at your own risk. Please note that since there is a pool, children are allowed but only WITH STRICT PARENTAL SUPERVISION. You are renting at your own risk.

Ian was born in England, but grew up in Southern California, where he first learned to view the world through the eyes of a camera. He later moved to Lake Tahoe where he lived for about 10 years working as an electrician for the ski resorts, and also as a home builder. Ian has designed and built 3 homes here in Sedona. The home we are offering to you, he completely renovated. Now we are pleased to be able to offer it to you. :-)
Ian has displayed his fine art large format photography in galleries in Sedona and Carmel, Ca. Some of this artwork hangs on the walls of this home. Ian has also offered Landscape photography instruction tours in Sedona and areas of the south-west.
Today, we own and operate an Architectural Photography business in Sedona and the surrounding areas. The images on this site are examples of our work. We also own a home in Panama and spend time there.

This home is conveniently located with good amenities. Its easy to find, just far enough from the Hwy to not have the noise, but close enough to get where you are wanting to go without much hassle. Sedona, the Page Springs wineries, and Jerome are popular destinations all around 20 minutes from the home. Cute up and coming downtown Cottonwood, built along the Verde River and Dead Horse Ranch State Park with its lagoons and many hiking trails, are even closer. You can access the Verde River Natural Area from the end of downtown at the curb.
