Nestled at the foot of the castle, the village of Suze-la-Rousse awaits you for a pleasant stay in the Drôme Provençale. Our house will comfortably welcome you, whether you're with family or friends. You will have 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and three upstairs: - on the ground floor with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a bathroom. - upstairs, bedroom 1: a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a desk. - upstairs, bedroom 2: a double bed, 2 single bunk beds and a built-in wardrobe. - upstairs, bedroom 3: a double bed and a wardrobe. Two bathrooms will be at your disposal, each with a walk-in shower. A large living area on the ground floor with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with a dishwasher, hob, oven, and microwave. A raclette grill is also available. You will also have a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster. The living area is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, and a television with an SFR box. A large 25 m² terrace and a garden will allow you to enjoy sunny days. You can also enjoy the swimming pool! This is a 10m² swimming pool, fully secured. Parking spaces are available within the property. Linens (sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels) are provided. You can walk to the village centre in a few minutes where you will find many shops: bakery, butcher, cheese shop, supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, pharmacy, several restaurants, etc. You can enjoy our beautiful region: Avignon, the Ardèche Gorges, Mont Ventoux, Grignan, Montélimar, Nyons, and the Baronnies region are all less than an hour's drive away.
