One bedroom one bath across the street from the high school. Newly remodeled…. New kitchen, appliances, new bathroom, flooring and paint. Fully furnished with all new furnishings. Full Laundry in the basement. Great for traveling professionals and or events. Comes with WIFI, Roku TV, Webber Grill and keyless entry. One block from Safeway Grocery store with Starbucks. Also one block from steakhouse, Chinese, Mexican restaurants. Great location! Long term stay discounts available! Longer stays available

You will receive your check in code prior to your arrival, the space is setup nice for small family, couple or traveling professional.
The Neighborhood:
This location is outstanding. You are right across the alley from a Chinese restaurant and grocery store that has a Starbucks. Both are 30 second walks. There is also a delicious Mexican food restaurant and awesome steakhouse, both are about a block, 1- 2 minutes walk. Sidney high school is across the street, the neighborhood is extremely safe.
