Perfect family stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable, and extremely well kept home. The attention to details both big and small (chargers in rooms, power strips thoughout, full soap/shampoo in showers among MANY other things) made this even more convenient and relaxing. Couldn’t be more pleased with our choice to stay here!

Fabulous Rental in Roslindale

Great property. It has kitchen staples, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Only thing our family agreed on was very firm mattress in all beds, but tgat is a preference.

Girls weekend

There was a small group of us girls having a weekend away and we could not have been happier with our rental! It was the perfect size and the host/s were more than accommodating. We would absolutely rent here again / recommend to friends & family. Neighborhood was quiet and lovely and only a short drive to downtown Boston!

Post Cruise weekend Getaway

Having returned to Boston after a cruise, stayed over for a long weekend exploring Boston with friends & family. This location was perfect! Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the property immensely. After a scary miscommunication the day before our trip (we thought there was a problem with the reservation and were actually instructed to cancel) we had a great time. I suppose the owner had lots of other communication going on but it felt like I was a bother when I asked questions. The property is just as represented and we would recommend it to others.

Boston Marathon Stay

The property was well managed and maintained. There was food and cooking equipment for simple meals which was helpful. The property manager was onsite and communicative. The AC seemed to stay on the warmer side despite trying to set the thermostat lower.

Perfect place

Boston is a maze of crazy streets and small and tall houses. This place turned out to be a lot closer than we had originally thought. It was close enough to downtown for us to easily reach The Freedom Trail within 30 mins even with traffic. The house itself felt like home. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Communication was easy and very responsive. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Host was very responsive to all messages, the unit appears to be recently upgraded, is clean, spacious for four adults. Great laundry room in the basement if you are planning an extended stay. Appreciated usage of driveway versus street parking. Took a couple walks in the neighborhood (Urban Wetlands). This provided additional views of neighborhood. Was good mid-point location for events held in Dedham and Roslindale.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to the Harvard Aboretum and less than 2 miles from the Orange Line. The kitchen was well stocked. We had 2 minor complaints. The twin beds are small and better suited to children rather than adults. The upstairs neighbors walk pretty loudly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Although our property spans several floors and we've established quiet hours from 8-10 PM, vacationers sometimes make noise, a detail we've disclosed in our listing. The presence of twin beds is prominently displayed in our photos, and we also feature a full sofa bed in the living room. We pride ourselves on the transparency of our listing's details. Some guests, attracted by our competitive pricing, may book without fully reviewing the amenities we offer or our location in Boston. However, those who do take the time to review our listing rarely have complaints. The abundance of five-star reviews we've received attests to the fact that many guests find our offering perfectly meets their needs.

Travel Tips
Here are some details for travel people. Metro line which is local Boston is little far walking. But is on bus line, Bus no 38(center st @ Hewlett street one min walk),51(Walter st @ Hewlett st 1.5 min walk ), 34, 34 E can get you there in 15 Minutes. Now comes an important info. There is commuter line 5-minute walk from house, which gets you in forest hills in 3 minutes. Only catch is commuter rail has schedule starting 6:30 am - 10 PM every 2 hours train runs. Those who can follow schedule it is the most wonderful way to get to Boston or anywhere, back bay 7 minutes which is hub, you can get orange red and green line connections. If you want to go to logan stop at south station which connects all lines and silver line straight to Logan airport. There is also Peter pan Bus from Copley (7 min on commuter rail from house) which is express service straight to Logan.

**Travelers to Northeastern university – Take commuter rail, get off at Ruggles, walk 3 min
** Travelers to Boston University – Take commuter rail, get off at Copley square walk 3 minutes to green line – 10 minutes you are in Kenmore
