Location, Location, Location

The location of this property is great, the views of the river are even better! We did not hear from the owner until the day of check-in, which made us nervous due to the fact that we were traveling from Ohio. We had to call VRBO for assistance. The owner said he was not getting my emails, texts or voicemails. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the pool, however, there were no pool floats or toys if you have kids. There was no beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. if you want to go to the beach. Which we did because it was so close. The beds left a lot to be desired. The master was an adjustable bed that didn't work and had a huge gap down the middle. The other queen bed was very lumpy. We did not try the two twin beds. Overall not a horrible stay, but not the usual extras that we are used to getting with our other VRBO rentals. Definitely would recommend adding some things like a wine opener for the kitchen and some new linens.

Great for a family vacation

The location and the house was great. It was perfect for fishing and for swimming. There were beaches all around with just a short car ride. The bed in the main bedroom was an adjustable bed but one side didn’t work. You also were not able to turn the air down below 72 and during the night it was a little warmer than we like.

Not a good stay

Couldn't get the property owner to respond using the VRBO app sent text twice and then called his number with no response. VRBO had to put us in a hotel for the night. Then the next morning it took 45 min of being on the phone with VRBO to get ahold of the property owner to get the code to get in the home. Then when we arrived the house had not been cleaned none of the beds were made and all the bedding was piled in front of the washer. I had to spend the second day of our vacation doing laundry and cleaning the house so that we had a place to sleep. I texted pictures to the property owner with no response until I spoke with VRBO on Saturday then an hour later he sent me a text saying he didn't know their cleaning company had quit. He said he was going to refund us 2 nights and the cleaning fee that I never received. Then spent the remainder of our time battling ants in the kitchen you literally couldn't put anything on the counter without coming back to it covered in ants. Worst stay ever for me and my family.

Great House on the Canal

This was a great place to stay on a visit to KSC. The house was nice, the pool was nice, and the canal was much larger than expected. Caught a couple big catfish, not the time of year for much else. About 25 minutes from KSC and close to Coco Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had a great week. Dylan was super nice and helpful.

Perfect vacation spot for us

House had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool & dock. They caught several fish & even had a dolphin swim right under the dock. Conveniently located to everything we needed. We would definitely book this house again!
