Set in a well-kept suburbia neighborhood just a few blocks away from some of the best surfing areas in Florida, you will enjoy all the modern conveniences in this charming, well-maintained 60's built home. It is easy to enjoy all the colors and art that bring the surfer life right in the door.
The lounging leather sectional in the living room is the perfect spot to roost while you watch your latest video or surfing "footage" on the 52' large screen television with surround sound. With the bar & fully equipped kitchen no more than 3 longboard lengths away, you know you'll never miss out on whatever satisfying meals get placed on the dining table.
Each large brightly decorated bedroom touts a queen size sleigh bed donned in fresh 100% cotton sheets, fluffy pillows and a feather comforter, a full size closet, nightstand and dresser.
After a day of ocean surfing or playing in the backyard pool, take a hot shower or bath in the full bathroom. You'll find everything you need to keep you fresh for your next adventure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The house was clean with everything we needed. Very nice pool as well. Capt. Rick was a great host and checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going well and provided updates on when to expect pool service, etc. Would stay here again!

I can’t say enough great things about this vacation home! The location was ideal, close to the beach and amazing restaurants, yet peaceful and private. The kitchen was fully stocked. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

The property is centrally located to recreation, shopping and dining. The property was wonderful and we had such a relaxing stay. Captain Rick was very responsive to any questions we had concerning the property or area.

Amazing pool

Had an excellent stay here the backyard is like your own retreat with an awesome pool. Host is communicative. Close to the beach and many restaurant's. Also the bed is actually comfortable which was a nice surprise. Thanks again!

Great Communication

Capt. Rick was very helpful and great to work with. The check in process went smoothly and communication with the owner was a breeze. The backyard is very peaceful and the property is located near several amenities.

Cool house with surfer vibe

The kids had a blast!! The pool was healthy salt water and the beach was a short walk away. We brought the dog and took her to the dog beach just a short drive away. Disney is only an hour away with tons of great seafood restaurants. This is a great location near Orlando and Cape Canaveral.

This home has the beachy vibe. Pool was excellent and very much needed and appreciated. Everything operated well. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal indoors. His outdoor grill is practically new. Stores and beach 5 minutes away. Quiet neighbors.

Home away from Home

This was our first time staying in a rental property and I know I can be pretty picky with my accommodations but Captain Ricks property exceeded our expectations. He was very attentive without being intrusive or compromising on our privacy.Everything we needed for use to feel at home was already in the home. What we loved overall was the privacy. We honestly didn’t even want to leave. We will definitely return if given the opportunity. 5 stars for Captain Rick

AMAZING VIBE AND HOST

First of all, I want to say what a great location this is. Then, secondly, I want to talk about the whole vibe of the house. This is a place that I would actually buy to live in in terms of being modern, they’re a modern conveniences, but with an old surf vibe that you just can’t buy any more, our host was so amazing and accommodating and encouraged us to relax and have a good time. He was very accommodating for checking in and checking out and was great and giving recommendations of places close by although I am relatively local, meaning I live less than two hours away. This is become my new favorite escape place , the pool was amazing and excellent. The whole place was clean and I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Excellent!

It's hard to find a house for a month online when you are not familiar with areas in Fla. This was perfect for us! Quiet, very nice neighborhood and close to everything. We take the autotrain and it's only about 1 hr. drive to Surfer's Tropical Paradise. Beautiful pool in rear of house. If anything is wrong, Capt. Rick will make sure it's taken care of immediately with his professional crew. The ocean, rivers plenty of fishing off the piers and the restaurants were wonderful. Thanks, Capt. Relaxing Paradise Getaway

The property was everything check in was flawless just don’t get locked out without remembering the code! The pool was so nice, the massage chair we all loved! The kitchen has everything u have at home u only need to bring food to cook frfr! The host is awesome and very reachable at all times that was the best feeling per my cousin! We stayed an extra day because it was so nice and relaxing!

It was an amazing stay. The pool was just so great! My family also enjoyed the massaging chair. It’s definitely a perfect spot to stay for Cocoa beach. It’s close by lots of shops and the beach.

Perfect Florida getaway

This place is exactly as advertised. The home is surrounded by palm trees and feels very tropical. The pool was in perfect condition and loved by all. Mattresses were comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the beach is walkable. Capt Rick was easy to communicate with and arrival was a cinch. Our family of four (kids 4 and 6) would gladly stay here again!Thanks Capt Rick!
