We enjoyed our stay at the house while visiting the area for softball at the USSSA Space Coast fields. The home was very clean upon our arrival. The beds are comfortable and so is the furniture. The pool is great for a float or swim. The lanai is perfect to eat or unwind with a book. There’s plenty of linens, towels and beach towels too! There were cleaning products available to use through our stay. If back in the area we would certainly rent again.

home was very clean . pool was nice , however the outside area was tired and needed overhaul of new screens and paint. the host was very plesant. it was close to Old Coco Village . 15 minutes to beaches. home supplied chairs and umbrellas. residental area that was tired as well.

A bit rocky. We lost a day of being to go out due to the front lock breaking down. Afraid to leave because we couldn't secure the house. Not blaming anyone just appears to break due to age of lock. Refrig lights not working. Some outside disconnect boxes rusted that was a bit scary. all in all good value just some untimely issues.

Just what we needed - we were here to visit/care for family in hospice, and this home fit the bill far better than a hotel room. Quiet neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants and shops.
