About this property

Complete renovated historical house from top to bottom, interior to exterior. Both new baths are with high quality Italian tiles, brand new roof, central air/heat, ...

Walking distance to downtown grocery stores and restaurants. Everything (Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell) is within 10 minutes drive.

Please note Internet (WiFi) connection is limited in Page and expensive. But I have the best WiFi (1Gbps) in town since I paid for the most expensive plan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliance : range, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

This neighborhood is the safest area in town, and within walking distance to downtown stores and restaurants. My neighbors have lived here since 1960s.

The houses built in this area in the 1960s are built with the same strongest concrete that were used in the Glen Canyon dam.

Other houses in different neighborhood in town are mostly mobile homes and not as safe.

Excellent home base for Page vacation

This house was perfect for our family and our small dog. Great location - walking distance to restaurants, tours and shopping. Will definitely look to stay again the next time we are in town.

Great home close to everything

We stayed here with a group of friends over the holiday weekend. The house is close to everything - about 15-20 minutes to the lake, little less to Antelope Canyon, about half a mile away from the grocery store to pick up supplies. House was very clean and had a big back yard for the dogs to run around. The property manager was very responsive and communicated regularly during our stay. I would recommend this home for anyone planning to spend time in Page.
