It is located in Balatonmáriafürdö and is a holiday home (semi-detached) in a beautiful, quiet and close to the beach. Small quiet beach about 50 meters from the property. The house consists of two apartments. The one apartment for 4 adults and a child / teenager is located on the ground floor with a floor space of 60 sqm. It has a dining room with LED TV and a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, kettle, microwave with oven and grill, coffee machine.
Two bedrooms with double bed (one with LED TV) and a room with sofa bed 160 x 200 cm. Shower and separate toilet. Covered terrace.

The second apartment for 6 people with an area of 70sqm is distributed over two floors, one is on the ground floor and the other upstairs. The apartment on the ground floor has a size of 20sqm and has a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave with oven and grill function, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a dining area and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The upper floor has an area of about 50 square meters and consists of a living room with double sofa bed with LED TV and a small library with German books and two double bedrooms and a large covered balcony. 

Venetian blinds and fly screens on all windows and balcony doors.

The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Separate laundry room. Washing machine for a fee.
4 car parking spaces are available within the property.

Information about the house:
Children's high chair included, max. 1 piece, must be ordered in advance.
Kitchen towels, hand and bath towels please bring.
Tourist tax from 18 years.
There is no smoking in the house. Smoking on the terraces, balconies and garden terrace, gazebo possible.

A 24 hour on-site service is available.
