This beautifull house / loft located 15 minutes from Paris in the city center of La Garenne-Colombes. It's the ideal place to meet up with family or friends thanks to a huge living room with billiards, pinball machine, television large format, a reading corner in the mezzanine.
The kitchen is large and well equipped to share good meals.
You can also put yourself in peace in one of the large bedrooms or in the roof top which exudes zenitude.

★The sleeping area with on the ground floor a large bedroom equipped with a king size bed with an adjoining bathroom.
★On the 1st floor, 2 large bedrooms and a very nice bathroom with shower, bath and double sinks.
★The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with a single bed and a child's bed.
★On the 2nd floor, you will find a beautiful bedroom with a king size bed, a 55 inch television. A carefully decorated and green roof top completes the whole.
