Completely renovated apartment in Font Romeu centre, in a chalet, for 4 people (plus a baby under 2 years old). It is facing East and South. Large balcony on the entire south side with exceptional 180° view of the Pyrenees, not overlooked.
-1st bedroom: A double bed and storage furniture; a window facing east
-2nd bedroom: Two twin beds and cupboard/wardrobe; cot for baby; 2 windows, one to the east, the other to the south.
-Living room of 20 m2 (living/dining room) with flat screen TV, DVD player, chrome-cast; large bay window overlooking the balcony. Possibility of putting a garden table in it.
-Separate kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, many small appliances, crockery...
-Bathroom with shower, washing machine, storage...
-Separate WC.
-Private parking at the bottom of the chalet.

This apartment is very often occupied by the owners, it is fully equipped and decorated with care.
The apartment is located in the centre of Font-Romeu, less than 100m from the shops: Supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurants, medical centre, sports shops (sale/rental) Summer/Winter.... The departure of the gondola is 300m away. In addition, a free shuttle bus (ski bus) passes in the immediate vicinity of the apartment to the gondola.
