Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an afternoon nap while reveling in the blissful sounds of the ocean waves from the balcony.

Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and large private balcony, and sits directly on the Caribbean Sea. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances. The condo has WiFi, TV, washer/dryer, and assigned parking.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off all lights, lock both balcony doors, leave the ceiling fans working on the lowest setting and ACs set to 80 degrees, and don't forget to leave the parking pass inside the condo.
Lock the front door and the iron gate, and place the keys into the lockbox which should click shut. Please make sure that the combination code is not visible on the dials.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The charge for lost keys, pool cards, or the parking pass is $100 each.
The charge for losing a beach towel or the stereo is $25 and $200, respectively.

Why they chose this property

We visited STT three times during 2020 and fell in love with the island and Cowpet Bay. Once we saw the view from this condo, we were hooked! We lived in the unit in the offseason when it's not being rented out, so we hope that you feel at home as we do!
