We booked this house with 4 other couples for a wedding and we had such a great time. The house is fully stocked with everything you could ever want. We really enjoyed the several bikes and beach equipment that was provided. 10/10 recommend

Beautiful and spacious home overlooking the water. This house was perfect for a family getaway with my sisters, our husbands, and three kids. The game room and pool were a hit! The house is stocked with everything you need for a beach day - wagon, chairs, towels. Kitchen was also nicely stocked with plenty of supplies. Rooms were big and nicely decorated and each had their own bathrooms so everyone had their own private space when needed.

We had a great stay! We had 3 families and had plenty of space. It has lots of activities for kids and adults and it's clean and we'll maintained. Owner did a great job of communicating everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend this home.

House was great— clean, on a quiet street, everyone loved their rooms, excellent view of the bay, lovely pool area, lots of amenities for activity (games, ping pong, foosball, paddle boards), short walk to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

We had an amazing stay! The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of our favorite parts was the stunning sunsets. It was thoughtfully stocked making it so convenient. The game room in basement was a hit along with the pool and hot tub. Absolutely perfect vacation thanks to Amanda.

Wonderful trip. Best sunsets ever from huge back second floor porch. Really enjoyed the pool on days that we didn’t boat. Amanda (hosts) was very accessible and provided quality, and timely information as needed. Will definitely seek out Amanda for next rental in the Bonita Springs, Naples area.

This property was as advertised, a luxury estate. The living spaces were first rate, and more than met our expectations. From playing billiards on the third floor balcony, to relaxing poolside; there was something for everyone. The host was more than accommodating, and was prompt in responding. I highly recommend this gem in Bonita Springs!

This home is absolutely dreamy!!Stunning in every way! We stayed here with two other families and it had something for everyone! We loved having the pool table and ping pong table for entertainment. The pool and spa were great as well and the view is beautiful!!This was our first time to Bonita Springs and it’s a beautiful little beach town . Would absolutely stay again!!!

This property has it all!

We had a great time staying in Bonita Springs at this property. Amanda was super responsive and has thought about everything. From beach toys to shampoo it’s all part of the experience. If you are looking for a very comfortable place for a large group this is perfect.

We have loved this area of Bonita for a long time, and this was our first time renting a home there- Amanda made our experience fantastic. We loved the accommodations, pool, outdoor kitchen and living spaces so much. The bathrooms were unbelievable and having two washers and dryers made life with 4 kids under 12 a lot easier

Our group of 10 (8 adults and 2 children) had a fantastic stay. House is impeccable with great amenities. Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach, which is a big plus given limited beach parking. Large pool and fun game room. Highly recommend this property.

Exceptional Home!

Our group of ten had a fantastic stay. House is spectacular with great amenities. Two very large master bedrooms. Several comfortable areas in the house to play games, do puzzles or just relax. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach, which is a big plus given limited beach parking. Large pool with a west view making for beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend this property.

Spacious beautiful property

This is a lovely home on a quiet street close to the beach. It is situated on the water enabling guests to enjoy a beautiful view and to take advantage of kayaking opportunities. The kitchen is well equipped as are towels, beach chairs and pool supplies. The property manager was cooperative and responded to every communication and checked in daily to see if we needed anything.

Fabulous property and wonderful host!

This property is gorgeous, spacious and has complete amenities. I definitely plan to come back and highly recommend! It was the perfect setup for two large families and easy access to beach and local communities. On property pool was great and my favorite was the screened in porch with retractable doors to family room. Gorgeous! Host was a fantastic communicator and offered tons of tips and great instructions.

Graduation celebration.

We took my son and 4 of his friends for a beach vacation for their high school graduation. The house was perfect. They had the whole top floor to themselves which gave them plenty of privacy. They rode bikes to the beach everyday and enjoyed the pool and game room at night. I have rented a lot of houses through the years and this was the best stocked by far. Would definitely book again.
