Hello! Welcome to Airbnb and thank you for viewing our home! If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable home for your next stay in Orange County, our home may be for you! We take pride in keeping our home clean, well-stocked with amenities and fully functional to maximize your enjoyment level and keep your stress low. It is our hopes that when you stay with us, you will have many smiles and great memories with your loved ones!

Our home is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood. It is meant for families that will be planning to relax, sit back and enjoy its comfort. Our home is not a suitable home for weddings, parties or other big events as we would like to maintain an amiable relationship with our neighbors.

With our keypad self check-in, you will enter into a 2600 sq ft home. Newly remodeled with all brand new appliances with fashionable, glamorous home décor, this home will both soothe and excite! It has soaring ceilings, abundance of natural light, openness and spaciousness. Please do enjoy a glass of wine in our dazzling living room, play a game of foosball in our family room, soak in our huge master bath tub with our bath salts and bath bombs or just chillax in our gazebo covered living area in our backyard. There’s bound to be a nook for everyone!

We have one king bed, three queen beds, and four single beds that are single rollaway beds that you can place in any room! Single rollaway beds are stored in the closet. Rollaway beds are not made unless requested.
- Must be 25 years of age to book
- Only guest allowed on property are those on the reservation unless authorized by host. Only two pets per stay.
- Please do not move furniture
- Do not use countertops as cutting board
- Please do not put oil, nuts, shells, coffee grounds, animal bones or other hard items in garbage disposal
- Please empty link filter in dryer after each use
- Turn off lights/fans/AC when not in use
- Keep doors and garages closed at all times so mice won`t come inside. Fruit trees in the neighborhood can attract furry friends.
- No more than 5 cars on the premise
- Please do not park on the street for more than 24 hours
- Please pull trash bins out on Sunday night
- Please pull trash bins in on Monday night
- Lock all doors and windows at night for your safety
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am
- Please be considerate and courteous to the neighbors
- No smoking inside the premises.
- If our home smells like marijuana or cigarettes or marijuana/cigarette butts are found upon checkout, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $250
- No drugs / excessive alcohol consumption
- No events or parties are allowed.
- Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items
- Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses
- Tenants who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without refund and will be fined their security deposit.
- We do have security cameras at both front and back entrances of our home.

Jeremy is extremely nice and attentive. He reached out to see if we needed anything to make our vacation more enjoyable. We had an event that required us to check in earlier than the usual 4:00 PM, and he kindly allowed us to check in at 11:00 AM so we had plenty of time to prepare.The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious—perfect for our group of 10. A lovely family home with all the facilities. Great location, easy to reach all the amenities. Very clean and the check in process was very straightforward, they had great communication from booking to checking out. And even went the extra mile and provided some additional items for our toddler on request to make our stay more comfortable. All round a great home for a vacation.

Everything we needed and then some. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. The backyard space was extra special to enjoy the beautiful California weather. 10 min to Disneyland made for an easy drive. Shirley and Tammie were both very responsive and available. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars all the way. Also, highly recommend Cali Tacos and Zitos Pizza. Both are nearby and the service and quality was great.

Everything was very nice and clean a bit of a musty smell in the house but other than that we have no complaints. It was close enough to Disneyland by Uber so that worked out well. We didn’t spend much time at the house but we were disappointed to not be able to watch football Sunday when we arrived as those channels were not available on the TV. Everything else was great.

This place is just lovely. Unfortunately for us it was a quick trip to Orange for graduation. It is a lovely home in a quiet area. We could even see the tops of the Disney fireworks from upstairs. Love love love all the stocked amenities!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Our Family Loved It

Spacious, beautifully maintained, and well equipped home. Quiet neighborhood, but convenient to John Wayne airport, freeways and Chapman University where we were attending theater performances. Kitchen has everything you need for your family chefs and there are areas for quiet conversations, or for TV watching and games.

The property was fantastic. We were in town for several days to drop our son off at Chapman. The home had more than enough space for the three of us, had all the kitchen supplies needed to cook, had several travel size necessities if you forgot something, included a nice welcome letter/package and was very clean. We had one small issue, which wasn’t a big deal, but the host sent out a handyman very quickly to fix it. As her son has several more years at school, we plan to be back!

Clean and spacious

This house was clean and perfect and just mins from Disneyland. The house had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. It’s more spacious than I thought it be. Check in was easy and we had no issues during our stay. The bottle of wine and Chocolates was a nice treat. Our family travels to Disneyland 3 times a year and will stay here again and never a hotel. Thank you Shirley and Tammi for making me feel at home. I will be back soon.

A true home away from home.

The hostess is obviously doing a great job setting herself above the competition by being located in a good neighborhood, keeping up with the maintenance, and offering small yet essential amenities, like coffee, water and sodas already in the refrigerator, and bathroom toiletries. There were plenty of linens and towels, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and we parked in the garage. By far, it's one of the best Vrbos we've ever booked. Is the price slightly higher than other properties in the area? Yes. Are you getting much more for your money, affording you a more joyful and relaxed trip? Absolutely!

Disney stay

This Disneyland Family Home was perfect for my family. We were only 10 minutes away from Disney and the commute was never over the top busy. The house is beautiful and fully accommodated my family comfortably. Although we only made breakfast a couple mornings, there were sufficient appliances, pots, pans and dishes to cook any meal. The checkin process was seamless and communication easy. The only downside for me personally was that I prefer some rock or grass in the backyard for my dog. The backyard is all concrete. This is only a personal preference and no reflection on the property. I was unable to tell by the pictures that the backyard was only concrete. That said, it is a comfortable backyard and I enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings. I also found the neighborhood safe for my dog's morning walks. I would recommend staying at this house for your LA visit.

A Must Stay for Families! Great for Disney and Anaheim!

My family had a fabulous stay! There was absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen, bath, family room, laundry- everywhere! This was an ideal place for families going to Disney or just wanting to hang, outlet shop and eat out together. There was a large downstairs room for my elderly parents who don’t use stairs, a large upstairs master with a very relaxing spa bathtub and lots of spa items, and two large guest bedrooms with a large Jack and jill bath. All the mattresses and bedding was new and comfortable. We were in a rush packing to get to Anaheim and we forgot a lot of things and luckily the house was well-stocked. We brought our tiny trained dog who also felt safe. The yard is walled in so your pet can safely stroll around and sunbathe haha. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean and safe. The family room has a very fun foosball table and board games too. The check in and communication processes with the property manager Shirley were perfect!!! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!!!

Our original host cancelled on us three days before our check-in/four days before our wedding. We were absolutely panicked, but we both agreed that we ended up with a better property. Shirley was great with communication and went out of her way to make sure our stay was great. I have never had a more accommodating host or stayed at a rental property that was as well stocked. I highly recommend!

Amazing House and Caring Property Manager

The house is absolutely beautiful, large, and was very clean. A ton of toiletries were provided in each of the bathrooms. Fresh fruit, wine, and chocolate was also provided. It is obvious that this house was designed with a lot of thought and care. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the house was very cozy. The property managers reached out several times to see how we were doing. They were very kind and warm hearted people. My entire family 500% loved the entire experience. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing stay

This place was amazing! The size of the property was great and more space (indoor and outdoor) than we were expecting. The location was just what we wanted (10 mins from Disneyland) and parking was plentiful. Shirley was very helpful when we reached out to her. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who was interested in a great place near Disneyland and LA area.
