Our two story, 5 bedroom 3 bathroom, 2500 sq ft home is located 6 miles from Disneyland. Our home is perfect for families to enjoy their stay in Orange County in a spacious home with a beautiful backyard with koi pond. There are 5 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 trundle bed and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room.

We welcome guests of all ages, but please note there are stairs in the house. Koi pond in the backyard is fenced for young guests. Guests ages 2 and under do not need to be counted in guest count.

House with garage for one car is yours during your stay.

No pets, no parties and no additional visitors.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Our check-out time is 11am. Our housekeepers arrive at 11:15am.
No late check-out time. Due to the time it takes to clean our home, we are not able to accommodate late check-outs.
Please send a text via VRBO app when leaving the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No early check-in and no late check-out. We have a cleaning team that arrives at 11:15AM sharp.
Do not park any vehicles on our driveway if they leak any type of fluid. No recreational vehicles (RVs) on our street or driveway. Park RV elsewhere.
Our AC/heating unit is set to turn off each day at 10am. If you are there just turn it back on.
