"WELCOME TO LEISMÜLLER - FAMILY CHALET"



IDEAL FOR PEOPLE LOVING, NATURE LOVERS, CHILDREN, FAMILIES, ..... because our house or Apartment is very sunny and quiet, away from the road and traffic and with
a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains!

The separated, partly newly renovated apartment with sep. Entrance and access to the private garden area, extends over the ground floor, where there is a large kitchen (access to the garden, satellite / TV, fully equipped kitchen: kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine, DISHWASHER, 4-burner stove, fridge-freezer, all meals .- and cookware) and a sep. WC is located, as well as a beautiful, spacious living room (flooded with light and furnished in Tyrolean style)
and in the 1st Floor 2 sep. Bedroom with mountain views, bathroom with shower and another sep. WC - size 90m2.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as tea towels (changed weekly) are of course included!


In SUMMER we offer our guests FREE ENTRANCE to the Alpenbad Leutasch adventure world and CUBE E-BIKES 'RENTAL
 and in the WINTER GRAITS LOIPENBÜZZÜNUNG, as well as FREE BUSBÜNZÜNUNG in the entire Olympic region!

You are also welcome to use our bread service, lockable room for your bicycles / mountain bikes or cross-country skis, as well as a parking space for your car!

Wir hatten einen außerordentlich schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Nicht nur das Wetter in der Urlaubswoche war perfekt sondern auch die Wohnung. Der Urlaub begann schon mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang durch die Gastgeberin. Bereits da stand für uns fest, das wir bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen! Wir können die Wohnung und auch die Gastgeberin nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit allem drum und dran. Die Lage und die Gegend ist sehr gut für Wanderungen und Radtouren mit herrlichem Blick auf das Berg- und Wiesenpanorama. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort.

Sehr schöne , saubere Wohnung, entspricht wirklich den Bildern!!!! sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung st ideal gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Es hat auch eine grosse, schöne Sauna in der Nähe . Wir können die Wohnung wirklich nur empfehlen!!!

Die Fewo ist wirklich sehr schön und geräumig. Das neu renovierte Bad war top und hat den Charme der Umgebung bestens wiedergespiegelt. Den Hof und Haushund haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen. Der Brötchen Service war sehr bequem und hat prima geklappt. Ganz lieben Dank an unsere sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Sie waren sehr herzlich und haben uns einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bereitet.

Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung sehr genossen! Der Service (zB Brötchenservice) war super und die Wohnung war bestens geeignet, um es sich bei so mancher Regenstunde gemütlich zu machen. Sie ist aber auch perfekt gelegen, um direkt von dort zu Wanderungen zu starten. Etwas mehr Gastro in der Umgebung wäre toll gewesen, wir würden aber dennoch wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. :)

Perfect verzorgde woning, prachtig wandelgebied.

Genoten van deze vakantie. Mooie en voor mij heel belangrijk schone woning. Alles aanwezig, aparte woon en eetkamer, slaapkamers boven en ruime tuin dus ideaal voor ons en onze grote hond. En als je wilt iedere ochtend vers brood, perfecte service door de eigenaresse verzorgd. En 2x per week schone handdoeken en theedoeken zonder dat je daar om hoeft te vragen. Voor de rest is het een prachtig wandelgebied. Wij hebben niet voor niets voor volgend jaar weer geboekt, iets wat wij eigenlijk nooit doen. Maar hier is nog genoeg te beleven en dan zo verzorgd worden. Top wij gaan er weer voor.

Ferien am Berg

Mitten in der Natur, mit Alpenpanorama zu allen Seiten liegt das Haus Leismüller. Die Familie bewohnt ein großes Grundstück mit mehreren Gebäuden. Die Anreise gestaltet sich unproblematisch, Google tut sich schwer mit der Einfahrt, aber die Satellitenansicht verrät wo es lang geht. Einmal angekommen wird man von der Familie begrüßt und erhält einen Rundgang durch die Räumlichkeiten. Diese sind,, aufgrund des.Alters des Gebäudes, manchmal ein wenig kleiner als man es gewohnt ist (Toilette & Bad im Obergeschoss), sonst ist aber alles sehr schön gestaltet. Ob beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse oder dem Schlechtwetter-Abend auf der Couch, hier genießt man jederzeit den Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn es uns mal wieder gelingt unser Meer zu verlassen.

Sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht

Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Außerdem eine tolle Aussicht und nette Vermieter. Man konnte einen Brötchen Service annehmen wenn man wollte und die Fahrräder kostenlos nutzen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. War wirklich eine sehr schöne Zeit und auch unser hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt :)
