Very Clean and Charming

Much effort has gone into renovating this house. It is quite funky, as stated in the name. The location for us was perfect because it was near my son's house. It is a little noisy at night due to being near the road, but the owner has many white noise machines to mask it. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly when I asked for a list of things to do in the area--and he provided lots of great and helpful information!

Great home - convenient location

House was exactly as described! The inside has been redone and is decorated super cute! I needed a full kitchen and they had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Adorable and Comfy

This house was perfect for our visit with our daughter at the University of Arkansas. It was about 20 minutes from the school and out of the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of Fayetteville. The house was very comfortable and the hosts had provided everything that you may need for your stay. There is some traffic noise from the adjacent road, but it wasn't anything that ruined the trip.

This property has been meticulously remodeled. The interior is now complete and the exterior is still undergoing a remodel. Feel free to use the exterior, however, many of the features (hot tub, garden area, etc. are not complete yet).

We offer everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit while providing a perfect place to stay for an unforgettable vacation or a productive work trip. We have a guidebook that will help you locate the many things that NWA has to offer once you arrive.
