The apartment was built in the floor of a detached house in 2011 and has a separate entrance.
The apartment has a large bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living room with open kitchen offers a beautiful view of the garden.
Part of course also includes satellite TV and radio. The couch can be used as an extra bed. An annual event is the bathing rally on the Elde every July, and the Quetziner beach party on the first weekend in August.
