Brand new beautiful home in a great location

We stayed at this property for a mountain biking trip and it was the perfect location with convenient access to trails in both the St. George and the Hurricane area. The property seemed brand spanking new and we were all very comfortable and happy with the accommodations. I'd definitely recommend this property and I'm hoping to stay here again sometime in the near future.

Wonderful home for our stay

Enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space for our family. Home is stocked with all the necessities. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of them and very nice that each room has an in suite bathroom with shower. Very clean property. We enjoyed the ping pong and hot shot basketball game in the garage also! Pool complex is wonderful. Overall a great place to stay and we would stay here again for sure! Thank you!

The house was everything you would want. Cozy blankets for cuddling on the couch. Enough towels for swimming. All the gear you could need to do anything in these areas. The location was amazing. Everything was very relative and there were so many options that weren’t too far away. Loved it

An experience we want to repeat

This place was exactly as advertised and perfect for what we wanted this weekend. We traveled with two families, with kids ages 3-16 and everyone was so comfortable. Family friendly, very spacious, very clean. We loved the quiet, safe community and all of the amenities provided for the kids of all ages--games, toys, scooters, pool equipment. We had one small issue upon check-in, but even at 10 pm we got an immediate, courteous response from the property manager. It would have been nice to have a heads up that the water slide was closed, but the rest of the pool area was delightful.

Clean and Well Equipped!

We found this home to be well cleaned, organized, and well-stocked! One of the more annoying things when you go to an vacation house is that sometimes you need to bring/buy EVERYTHING--well, this house comes truly furnished! Just enough to get you through your trip without having to worry about anything -- dish soap, paper towels, salt, laundry detergent, even an extra HDMI cable. And we loved the fact that it was so clean! My wife is a super neat fanatic and even she was thoroughly impressed. Next time, we'll come back!

Nice place

The property was really nice and kept clean. Quite spacious despite first impressions. However certain appliances would only work intermittently or not at all. The dryer was not heating, and the microwave would not heat up food despite the plate or container being warm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
