Trailhead Hideaway ... a lovely 3-bedroom townhome in Washington, Utah

Perfectly located across from the year-round community pool. Inside, the bright open floor plan features a spacious kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a family room that features a huge internet ready TV and opens to the outdoor living area with a gazebo, BBQ, gas firepit and private hot tub. The second level offers a large loft with another huge internet ready TV, arcade games and giant comfy couch. Primary bedroom boasts huge internet ready TV, a spa-like bath, walk-in closet, and two additional bedrooms with a full bath. Right outside your door are walking and biking trails and easy access to Zion, Bryce, Brian Head Ski Resort, Snow Canyon, Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoir. We now are including e-bikes that will provide you fun on the many trails in the area (see pictures to view the e-bikes).

Everything was absolutely perfect! We will FOR SURE stay here again. The ONLY missing item was garbage bags for the kitchen, but we made it work. This place is a diamond. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place clean, modern, and new with all amenities supplied for our living comfort. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The location suited our needs with shopping and restaurants nearby. The patio and hot tub were a great place for us to hang out and enjoy. We will absolutely stay again.

The place was fabulous. We loved the location and the amount of room that was provided. The check in/out was easy and simple. Not sure if we were the first to stay there but they had a couple of minor issues that gave them the four star review. One issue was we found used cleaning rags on the dresser. It had us questioning the cleanliness of the place. As we stayed there, we realized it was clean just forgotten rags. The second was no toilet paper in two of the three bathrooms. The owners rectified it quickly but with our arrival late at night and three kids it was a bit disconcerting.
