Un beau week-end sous la neige

Appartement très propre, moderne et bien équipé. Conciergerie très sympathique et arrangeante. La piscine est un vrai plus quand il fait mauvais temps. Globalement très satisfaits cette location. En petit bémol le matelas (ou le sommier) qui est fatigué.

Bonjour, Un grand merci pour ce précieux retour, nous sommes heureux si vous avez passé un chouette séjour. Nous prenons bonne note de votre message et nous vous en remercions. Nous allons voir pour le matelas mais sachez que l’ensemble de l’appartement a été refait à neuf, et la literie aussi . Le matelas et le sommier de la « chambre cabane » ont été achetés en 2024. Le matelas est à mémoire de forme mais il est vrai que les attentes en matière de matelas sont variables en fonction des personnes. Nous sommes navrés d’apprendre que cela ne vous a pas correspondu et nous vous remercions sincèrement pour votre retour constructif. Bien cordialement À bientôt aux Orres,
