Charming cottage with the perfect combination of countryside views along with the convenience of being in town! This beautiful property is steps away from the Old #9 walking trail and walking distance to Boerne's historic downtown district full of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

You will feel right at home in the main house where you will find hardwood floors throughout, an elegant living area that opens to a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and an eating area. In the rest of this cottage, you will find a cozy bedroom with a king size bed, and a large walk in closet right outside the bedroom. Down the hall is a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk in shower, clawfoot tub, and a vanity area. In addition to these amenities, the main house boasts a reading/ sitting area in the back of the home. Step outside and enjoy the beautifully manicured and landscaped property from the front porch with country views or on the large back brick patio with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and multiple seating areas.

Across the courtyard, you will find a stunning updated carriage house with a vaulted ceiling, king size bed, full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Attached to the carriage house, is a large driveway with covered parking.

Had a girls weekend at this charming cottage. It was perfect!! Hill country feel, walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful thoughtful interior and exterior decor and furniture. We hope to return again. Highly recommend. Host communication was prompt and welcoming.

We experienced a wonderful stay at the Garden Cottage. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, minutes away from Boerne attractions, the cottage is charmingly beautiful. The attention to detail in the gardens, and the decor was perfect. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in, with fresh flowers, a cheeseboard and crackers, etc. The hosts were so kind and helpful. Listening to birds in the garden, spotting deer next door, and cows in the field across the road, while relaxing in the beautiful storybook gardens was exactly what we needed to get away. Both the house and carriage house contained everything we needed, and were extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that we did not have more time to stay and enjoy the cottage and Boerne!

Beautiful Home Perfect Location

This home is perfect for a getaway. My wife and I went to Boerne for a car show and left the show early to get back to enjoy the house. It was beautiful inside and out. If you are going to Boerne this place is a must.

The property is gorgeous, the houses are well decorated and inviting. I am not sure that I understood that the bedrooms were in 2 separate houses. Does not change my mind. I would stay here again if we go back to Boerne.

Cute Cozy Cottage

We loved our stay at the Garden Cottage. The house was perfect....we loved the farmhouse style. The bedrooms and bathrooms for both the main house and the carriage house were comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor space really stole the show, had the weather been nicer we would have spent most our time in the outdoor space. Lovely porches, trees, fireplace, swing and treehouse for the kids. The cottage location was perfect, we could walk to the downtown area with no problem. We will definitely stay here again!

A real gem for a Hill Country visit

Boerne Garden Cottage is perfect for a couples' getaway to the Hill Country. The main house and carriage house have been designed perfectly for guests, with comfortable, stylish furnishings and a unique patio and porch for relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed. The location is just off Boerne's Hill Country Mile, so you're just minutes from Main Street. That makes it easy to come back and relax after a day of shopping and walking. But you'd never know you were that close ... the yard and surrounding area peaceful and relaxing. Owner Neely is extremely responsive and check-in/check-out was easy. I highly recommend Boerne Garden Cottage. Our group is looking forward to another visit!

Boerne Stay

This home is absolutely adorable. My husband and I stayed here when visiting Boerne to check in on some property. Nice quiet street close to Main Street. The property manger was very helpful with dinner suggestions and things to do for the 4th of July. Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled to S. TX for my father's funeral and found this "Country cottage" and the accompanying "Carriage cottage" as a perfect fit. Both were impeccably clean and fashioned beautifully. The check-in, check-out process was efficient, effective and COVID safe. When we had questions, the host responded immediately. Count us Californians as repeat visitors!

By far the best place we’ve ever stayed

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. The property was immaculate. The space is beyond beautiful. The layout was great. Weekend getaway

We made a last minute trip - sisters and our husbands. We love Boerne and also the proximity to our favorite wineries. We were so lucky to get to book at the Garden Cottage for the weekend. The rooms were immaculately clean. It was so nice to have a king bed in the main house and a king bed in the carriage house so that my sister and I could each have nice accomidationis. We made use of the outdoor fireplace and grill on our last evening to cook steaks and relax. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip. The place was beautiful inside and out and the beds so comfortable.

Fabulous Find...

Absolutely wonderful one bedroom cottage with a one bedroom guest suite joined together by a delightful courtyard. The entire property is beautifully furnished inside and out! We will definitely be back to stay every chance we get. Many great shops and restaurants are within walking distance of this fabulous property. We are already planning a return trip to Boerne and will base our dates upon availability of this property only. It's perfect in every way as far as we're concerned.
