New Listing! Less than a block from Orchard Park and a few blocks from Midtown Yacht Club Food Truck Lot! This is a great home base for everything in Bend. Relax and enjoy the brand new furnishings and fully stocked kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great place

Great place! Very clean and well appointed. It is in the northeastern part of Bend, and although the neighborhood looks a bit crowded (narrow street etc) we had plenty of room to park both cars, either in the driveway (when someone else wasn't parking in our designated spot) or on the street. We were in Bend to visit family, and for my son to go snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor, so we didn't prepare any big meals at the house, but the kitchen was well stocked. Having a full bathroom, plus the 1/2 bath was a great bonus. Plenty of towels and hot water too. The beds were very comfortable, and although another reviewer posted that the bedrooms were too warm, even with a fan, we found them to be quite comfortable, and we tend to sleep in cold rooms! There are two outside sitting areas that look like they would be great to hang out in in warmer weather. All in all, for the price, this is a great rental.

Weekend ski trip

Great affordable spot for a weekend ski trip to Mt Bachelor. We mostly just slept there after long days of riding in the mountains. Close to grocery store and just a few minutes to downtown restaurants and pubs. Thanks Bend VRC.

Bend Getaway

Property was conveniently located close to grocery store, local restaurants, and most sights and attractions. Property was clean inside and had all needed amenities. Busy neighborhood but not to hard to get in and out. Bedrooms are a bit hot at night during the summer and bathroom in the master is a bit small. All in all a good place and very centrally located.

Fantastic place, people and service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was great, updated and the extra 1/2 bath was perfect. The Bend Group that owns/manages are incredibly responsive, kind and flexible. LOVE.
