The Space:

Complete with a well-equipped kitchenette with a small oven, and full stovetop, the unit will fill all your stomach’s needs when hungry or refueling after a Central Oregon adventure! You’ll have the option to sit at the dining room table, or kick back and relax on the comfortable couch with the gas fireplace on and enjoy a game on the flatscreen, or soak in the view of the HOA-maintained yard and the neighboring Pioneer Park. Even better - try out your grill skills on the patio that’s right out the sliding glass doors in the living room and soak up the sunshine!



Just through the kitchen you’ll find the private master bedroom, complete with its own bathroom. The queen bed is brand new, and perfect for catching some z’s between action-packed days. You can watch tv from the bed or walk out the glass doors to the (second!) patio and have some background noise while sipping on some morning coffee. The bathroom connected to the bedroom is fully ADA compliant, with a walk-in shower and heated ceiling lamp. The entryway hosts a full bathroom as well, but the one in the hallway has a tub, offering you the best of both worlds!

Downtown is a 15 minute walk, so you can easily experience all that Bend’s downtown area has to offer from breweries to five-star restaurants lining the streets. In an even shorter amount of time (at most, a 2 minute walk) you can immerse yourself in nature as you stroll along the Deschutes river trail. If you were planning on hitting the ski slopes on Mt. Bachelor, or the biking trails that replace the ski runs in the summertime, it’s a 30 minute trip door-to-lift.
