You will stay in a tastefully decorated accommodation with a lovely sea view.

Ideal for families, the accommodation has been recently renovated (end of 2024). It consists of a beautiful living room with a living room, dining area and open kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed and storage space overlooking a balcony, as well as a bright bathroom equipped with a spa bath complete this property. In the living room you will find two sofas that can be converted into single beds.



The last asset is a pleasant sunny terrace with a sea view, for your meals and relaxation moments.



Very well equipped, it has plenty of storage space as well as the necessary comfort for a good stay: internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher...



For parking, the accommodation has its own closed garage and outdoor spaces are also available for residents.

Très bel appartement avec une vue splendide sur Garavan et la vieille ville de Menton .Nous avons adoré son calme malgré la proximité des commerces.Il est situé dans une superbe voie privée à côté du jardin botanique et du Pian .un garage est à disposition ( bien pratique pour le stationnement)
