The Space: Welcome to The Marblehead, a warm and inviting two-story townhome nestled in the heart of Park Circle. This thoughtfully designed 2BR/2.5BA retreat is perfect for couples, families, or small groups of up to four, with one convenient off-street parking space just behind the home!
As you arrive in the Mixson neighborhood, you’ll immediately feel the relaxed, community vibe, tree-lined streets, moss-draped oaks, and peaceful walking trails set the tone for a restful stay. After parking, stroll around to the front porch and entry, an ideal spot for morning coffee or winding down at sunset.
Inside, the cozy living room welcomes you with comfortable seating, a large HDTV, and an electric fireplace for cooler evenings. The open kitchen and dining area sits just beyond, featuring a dining table, bar seating, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for easy meals at home. A convenient half bath is located on this level for added comfort.
Upstairs, both bedrooms offer plush king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, creating peaceful retreats for each guest. A tankless water heater ensures endless hot showers, and a full washer and dryer in the hallway make longer stays effortless.
Guests enjoy full access to the townhome and one designated parking space. You’re also just steps from Paradiso Restaurant and Paradiso Market, both open to the public.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!
*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

Group / Cabana Pricing
*groups of 8 or more people will be REQUIRED to rent a cabana if they plan to use the pool*
Winter Cabana Pricing (October 1 - March 31)
* $300 food and beverage minimum Monday - Friday
* $500 food and beverage minimum Saturdays
* $300 food and beverage minimum Sundays
Summer Cabana Pricing (April 1 - September 30)
* $300 food and beverage minimum Monday - Thursday
* $500 food and beverage minimum Fridays
* $1000 food and beverage minimum Saturdays & Sundays

*Poolside cabana for up to 10 adults for up to 5 hours
*Sofa seating and optional shade umbrella
