If your looking to get out of the cold, sunshine, the beach and a place to work out of the cold then you found it.
Ocean Harbor is mid island across from Newton Beach. The property is in the process of working on the pool, docks, sports court, club house and landscaping. There are a number of restaurants open and hotels with pool day passes.
Our unit sleeps 4 in a split bedroom condo with 2 bedrooms/2 full baths, fully furnished and equipped for your monthly stay.

We have been coming to Florida since 2015 and fell in love with FMB. We liked it so much we decided to move here over a year ago. We live in Bonita Springs which is 40 minutes from the beach. We are able to spend time on the beach and at the condo when it is not rented. We also enjoy the other owners and amenities available at the condo.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the property before IAN for the amenities and community within the complex. The property is going thru renovations to repair damage from IAN on the grounds. Once this is done it will be even more appealing then before IAN.
It is located mid island between the bay and the ocean. It was gated with lots of friendly people and activities during the season. It is located across the street from Newton Beach and the bay on the other side. The property is well maintained and beautiful.

What makes this property unique

There will be a new improved heated pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, bocceball and social activities during the season for 2025. Ian caused destruction to the property but we are in the process of repairing it. Our condo was not effected by it. We have also been lucky in that we have been able to rent our place by word of mouth which is why there are no referrals or comments on this site to date.
