Do you love the action and fun of downtown Dunedin? If so, be part of the downtown with this 2 bedroom apartment ON MAIN STREET above Sterling Wine store (next to Flanagan's). In 2004, new windows, central heat and air, washer/dryer & range. Will consider lower rates for longer stays (2 weeks+). Master includes a king bed and guest room has 2 twins. TV is located in the living room . Dunedin is a quaint little town full of shops and delicious restaurants. Saturday markets, a marina, festivals and so much more! Nightlife is great as well - come join the action! One assigned parking spot behind the building. Second floor, no elevator.
The Pinellas Trail is a block away for traversing the county by bike or foot! UPDATE - this property has had the exterior has been repainted/redecorated (fall 2022). Owner has FL real estate license. Able to be flexible with longer term rentals - please inquire! This unit has been rented long term a few months that's why the reviews are not as new.
