Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the village of Laferté-sur-Amance. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor

- Bedroom 2 (master suite): a king-size bed (180×200) with a walk-in wardrobe, bath and washbasin
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, a sofa bed and a walk-in shower with washbasin

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer.

- A beautiful 1,000 m² south-facing garden, unfenced but overlooking a cul-de-sac. It features a gravel terrace, two sunshades made of exotic wood, and a full set of garden furniture.

The house is situated in the heart of the countryside, with only two neighbouring houses. It offers unobstructed views over the Amance Valley. It is a true haven of peace and tranquillity, where you can admire magnificent sunrises and sunsets.
