A fresh, bright kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and all the appliances and kitchenware you need to prepare your own seafood feast! Or, when you stay here, you are well-positioned to take advantage of the many nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner (or all three!).

Stroll out onto your private balcony and soak in the sunshine and blue skies, breathe in that salty air, and prepare for a day of fun in the sun.

This condo complex was built with fun in mind. There's a boardwalk leading to the sugar-white-sand beach and emerald-green Gulf waters, a barbecue area, an indoor hot tub and a swim-through pool.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning mid-October 2023, balcony doors will be replaced for every rental in this complex. During daytime hours, noise will be audible, construction workers and their equipment will be present, and parking may be impacted. Additionally, views may be obstructed. The completion time is not known.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
