We're sorry to hear that the layout of the apartment did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to kindly point out that the absence of a lift and the presence of several staircases — both outside and inside the apartment due to its duplex layout — are clearly stated in the listing.
Regarding the TV and WiFi, we were not contacted during your stay, otherwise we would have easily found a solution. We always encourage our guests to reach out if they encounter any issues, so we can make their stay as comfortable as possible.
