Please leave all towels in the Bath tub if you think about it thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After you choose 6 guests there is an automatic upcharge per night of $50 per person you will then have access to the Air Mattresses.
If you would like access to the fourth bedroom and 3rd Bathroom you must choose min 9 guests. Costs works out to be $150 per night extra.

What a wonderful stay! Lancaster was a central location for our family Christmas and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. We walked in and found the home beautifully decorated in Christmas decor (there were even little trees and Christmas pillows in all the bedrooms). The kitchen was stocked with everything that we could need and the home was spotless, top to bottom! John was extremely responsive to all of my questions and even allowed us to check in a little early. Just be aware that you need to pay extra to use the lower level but it is definitely worth it. Hopefully we will stay here again!
