Located between Lancaster City and Lititz, an easy drive to Hershey & Dutch Wonderland. Six miles from Spooky Nook Sports complex in Manheim, PA and 3 miles from Spooky Nook LANCO facility in East Petersburg, Pa. We are a short walk to Hands-On House Children’s Museum nearby. A few minutes’ drive to numerous outlet centers including Rockvale Square, Tanger Outlets, Amish attractions, historic Lititz, Lancaster City Market and famous Lancaster County restaurants including Gibraltar, Lancaster Brewing Company and LBC Tap Room, Millers, Good n' Plenty, and more…something for everyone including pub food, fine dining, Local entertainment, American Music Theater, Fulton Opera House.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Please leave all towels in the Bath tub if you think about it thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After you choose 6 guests there is an automatic upcharge per night of $50 per person you will then have access to the Air Mattresses.
If you would like access to the fourth bedroom and 3rd Bathroom you must choose min 9 guests. Costs works out to be $150 per night extra.
If you have a service dog you must have papers and there also will be a $50 fee per day. Please reach out to Host for a updated Quote.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our week in Lancaster spending time with family and friends while working at a mission project at Unto.The house was extremely clean and had everything you would need while away from home. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed it all. The only disappointing thing was the rain as we could not enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked to.Surprisingly we found it was extremely easy to travel to Unto daily or to any other town or place in and around Lancaster. It was very easy to communicate with John and even though we did not have any questions or issues, he would periodically check in to see if we needed anything. We would highly recommend anyone visiting Lancaster to stay at John’s place. You will not be disappointed. Thanks John for everything!

PA Trip

Traveled back to Lancaster for a family funeral. The host and the house were everything we could’ve hoped for. The accommodations are wonderful and fit nine adults and two children. The host was incredibly kind and flexible and replied to phone calls and text messages within minutes. Highly recommend!

Everything was Awesome!

We had a fantastic experience with this home. The host had coffee, water bottles and snacks for us - we felt welcomed and thought of from the start. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and a good iron. The beds were comfy, the linens were high quality, and the house was clean and well decorated. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend this home for your next Lancaster adventure!

Best Home away from Home

Thanks for your beautiful definitely will be a home to rent in the future if we visit our family again the home had more stuff than my own home love the kitchen love the detail to make us feel comfortable thanks for the coffee and some little snack. At first we were scared of renting a home but you gave us that comfort of renting in the future the area is a quiet area peaceful and made it feel homey. I don't have no complaints or any negative input everything was perfect it would have made it even more it would have had a pool. Sad that our state was short but definitely is a home to stay for Long time. Close to places and close to the event of our family and even close to a family member

It was advertised as 4 bedroom, but only 3 were available. However, the home was clean, and had a nice back deck with furniture to hang out. Nice kitchen set up and appliances. Good proximity to many activities.

Great location, home and host!

The property was just as advertised! Everything you could possibly need was there. It was clean, well put together, and essentially a home away from home. John was an amazing host. He was responsive, flexible, and beyond kind and caring! Everything from start to finish was simple and easy! If we find ourselves in that area of PA again, we will definitely reach out and stay again!

Beautiful House with lots of Space

My group of fun-loving friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house is BEAUTIFUL with a large open plan which allowed us to congregate in the living room/dining room/kitchen area and enjoy the visit. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and had a driveway that could accommodate about four cars. Everything was clean and updated. The house was located in an excellent area which was quiet at night and had just a short drive to Lititz and not a very long one (maybe 20 mins) to Bird-In-Hand/Sight-and-sound/Ronks. The host was very considerate and helped us get checked in as well as was available through our trip. he even made the house code specific to us during our trip so we knew that we and our things were safe. I would 100% stay here again!

Perfect stay near Snooky Nook Sports Complex!

Great stay! We were in the area for a basketball tournament. Everything about our stay at John’s place was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our family meals, this was our annual sisters getaway, the house had the perfect space for the four of us, we would consider coming back

Stayed for a week. House was exactly as described. Communication: John was very quick to respond to any questions. Check-in/out was easy. The house is updated and very comfortable. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Convenient to restaurants and shopping only a few minutes away. We will look to stay again next time we visit.
