Lake Escape with a View
Our Lake Escape surrounds you with picture-perfect sights of the lake and hill country surroundings. We want you to feel like this is your escape to the peaceful country living by the crystal blue lake. The views of the lake and Triple Peak are amazing. You will be close to Guadalupe River adventures. Star gazing from the deck at night makes you realize you are far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Bring your boat, jet ski, kayak or RV, we have a space for you to park it!

Inside our home:
You will be welcomed by a large open floor plan into the kitchen, dining and living room and a beautiful view on the main level. The property has high speed internet. The living room and each bed room have a television with a Roku device and remote.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils for your home cooked meals. There is a coffee bar area for your morning coffee or tea. The huge island is large enough for your biggest meals with family and friends. The dining table with a bench and kitchen island barstools offer seating for 12.
There is ample seating in the living room with several couches, a table with 4 seats and a cute reading area with a chaise.
The sunroom on the main level has two walls of windows to enjoy a panoramic view of the lake and hill country scenery. Relax on our comfy couch which is also a queen pull out bed with Sealy Royale mattress. There is a desk if you would like to work or read. The sunrise from the sunroom is one you do not want to miss.
The oversized master bedroom has a king bed and a couch with a queen pull out bed with Sealy Royale mattress. You can work from home, if you need to, in private with the coffee table in the master that pulls up for a working desk.
The secondary bedroom on the main level has a comfortable queen bed for a great night’s rest and the best view of the lake and Triple Peak.
The downstairs bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, large comfy chair that converts to a twin pull out bed with comfortable mattress, and writing desk. This room has an attached bathroom.
There are two full bathrooms in the home. The upstairs bathroom on the main level and has a walk-in shower and the second bathroom in the downstairs bedroom has a bathtub and shower combo.
The laundry room downstairs has a full-sized washer and dryer.
Entertain while you grill outside with our Bonus Space in the garage. Gather on the couches and stools in the large space. You can dine al fresco in the shade on the backyard patio under the deck.
Whether you like to have an evening glass of tea or wine while you relax under the moon or you enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, we hope your stay is a peaceful experience.


In the Area:
The house is a few blocks away from Boat Ramp #2. Canyon Lake also offers several public parks for lake access only a few miles away. If you plan to go tubing, the Guadalupe River Tubing at the Horseshoe is very close by as is the Whitewater Ampitheater. It is only a short trip to Gruene, New Braunfels, Wimberly, wineries, breweries, Guadalupe State Park, Blanco State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns and shopping in San Marcos.
