With a well-equipped kitchen, a private balcony with an outdoor lounge area, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, and access to a private washer/dryer combo and a community outdoor pool, this condo is unbeatable!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful getaway in terrific spot in the OC

The place was fabulous. It was all we could ask for and more. The rooms were spacious and the bay view beautiful. The location was perfect, giving us options for restaurants and shops.

Loved staying here and would book again. We loved the access to the private community pool and the fact that linens are provided. Can watch the sunset from the patio every night. Beware it is up a LOT of stairs and need to be able to conquor those stairs in the heat. Master bed a little rough to sleep on so bring a personal mattress pad if you like a softer bed. Could be cleaner but its also the responsibility of guests (my personal opinion) to try to clean what they can when they leave. Beautiful views and great quiet location for families with young kids.

Our Place at the Beach - north Ocean City, MD

Perfect location, 1 block to beach. Spotless unit, amazing view off back balcony. Nicely appointed in beachy decor, comfortable furniture, new floors, newly painted. Appliances in kitchen could use upgrade. Would prefer a king bed in master, but was fine for the week. 2nd bed was basic, simple furniture. Great for my teen girls with their own bathroom:) Both baths updated with hardware, fresh paint. Unit is on 3rd floor so move in/out will make you sweat! Not ideal for elderly folks. No elevator, but we are all active and didn’t mind. Was worth the view!

Summer vacation

Off site Check in was quick and easy, but entry to condo was a bit tricky, but we reached out to vacasa and after a few trial and errors we were able to gain access to the condo. The condo met our every need the space especially the outside balcony was great and the view was beautiful. Aside from left over pet hair the condo was clean. I would definitely stay again and I do reccomend staying here.

Great location! Clean! Staff was friendly! Great pricing! We came down for bike week. Was far enough off the strip to still hear bikes but at the same time quiet enough to sleep. I would suggest upgrading the mattresses there hard and uncomfortable. All in all great place. I would stay here again.

Nice property with a few flaws

Appliances needed updating . If you don’t want to walk up 5 flights up stairs multiple times a day… this rental isn’t for you (no elevators). Property was clean, loved that it included linens, towels and little starters (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tabs etc). Pool was amazing and close to the beach. Perfect for a family. Would stay again.

Love this place!

Many times to OC, MD but 1st time staying at "Our place at the Beach". We loved everything and would definitely stay there again. The location is great, short walk to the beach with convenient access, large pool, ample parking, condo was spacious and clean, everything worked, and the screened in porch was very big with an awesome view of the bay. Perfect for watching the sunsets!

Awesome experience

Our experience with Vacasa (Our Place at the Beach 304C) was awesome!! Quiet community and near the beach. Beautiful screened in porch with an amazing view of the bay! The accommodations were beyond our expectations! The whole condo was beautiful and nice and clean. I highly recommend Vacasa and will definitely stay with them again!!
