Ideal film festival flat The flat is not far from Charlottenburg Palace, Olymiastadion, Grunewald, 5 minutes from the ICC exhibition halls at the radio tower, 10 minutes to Ku-Damm, a few steps from Litzensee. The street in which the flat is located is wide and planted with large trees. It is one of the historic buildings around the palace. Unfortunately, the stucco was removed from our house in the 1950s, but the houses opposite still have very beautiful facades. Restaurant in the house, shops, hairdresser, theatre, massage, sauna, swimming pool and cafés nearby make it very pleasant. Bus and train are on the doorstep. So you can reach all places in Berlin quickly and centrally without a car. The wide pavements and the cultural and culinary specialities offer a great atmosphere for strolling and relaxing in the city centre. The hustle and bustle of the big city can hardly be felt here, rather a hustle and bustle that has been characteristic of Berlin for decades with the well-known warm Berlin flavour in the genuine Berlin air.
