Beautiful Spot in Spandau

Perfect place for me and my family to stay. Visiting my daughter who is working in Spandau. This was a great place for all of us to meet, share a meal, and hang out. It is also a convenient location, with grocery stores just a short walk away. Bus line connects to the rest of Spandau and greater Berlin. It is a very quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. Would definitely stay here again.

Adequate vacation rental

We stayed in this vacation rental for three days during our trip to Berlin. The rental was adequate for our family of four. The backyard and deck on the lake were wonderful in the evening to relax. That was the best part of this rental. The tradeoff, however, is that while the bus stop is close to the house it takes a long time with public transportation to get into the city and to most tourist attractions. While the rental had a washing machine for laundry, it did not appear to be a combination washer/dryer and it was not clear where we could have hung our clothes to dry. We were also only provided one roll of toilet paper for our stay and had to buy more at the grocery store. Also make sure to bring your own shampoo and shower gel as they were not provided in the unit. The rental will meet your needs and we enjoyed our stay in the city and hope that future renters do too.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war bei meiner Ankunft tadellos sauber. Alle Räume, das Bad und die Küche waren in einwandfreiem Zustand.Kommunikation zum Vermieters: Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war er immer schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr: Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs ist. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und auch der S-Bahnhof ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Dadurch war es sehr einfach, die Stadt zu erkunden und zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen.Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, und ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen! wir werden sie beim nächsten Besuch in Berlin definitiv wieder anfragen.

Es hat gehalten was versprochen wurde! Würde jederzeit wieder kommen und auch gerne es meinen Freunden empfehlen!Da meine Freude für mich gebucht hatten war ich besonders froh darüber dass alles stimmig war!Es hat nichts gefehlt!Nur kleine Menschen haben Schwierigkeiten ins Bett zu kommen! Für unseren Kurztrip optimal. Erste Tasse Kaffee am Wasser genossen. Gleich in der Nähe ein Biotop, einen guten Italiener und eine Bushaltestelle. Parkplatz war jederzeit vorhanden. Ferienwohnung ist sehr wohnlich ausgestattet und gut geschnitten. Ein großer Hund bewacht den Garten, auf dem Weg zum Wasser. Er war sehr lieb und wir hatten kein Problem mit ihm.

Ideal für Fahrradtouren

Moin , wir waren im März vor Ort . Die Ferienwohnung liegt optimal um die Gegend und Berlin mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden.Die Touren waren abwechslungsreich und haben viel Spaß gemacht. In der Nähe waren viele gute Restaurants. Ebenso war es möglich in der Nähe einzukaufen.
