Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, DE, this 10th floor condo in Edgewater House offers generous, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean, and easy access to the guarded beach of Sea Colony. The living room, with direct view of the ocean, has a comfortable sofa and a loveseat, recliner, side table, coffee table, a TV, a DVD player, and books and games available for guest use.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has a double bed with trundle, a single bed, and new TV. The third bedroom has been renovated with a new queen bed and furnishings. The kitchen was recently renovated, opening to the dining area and family room, and offering a view of the ocean. Recent 2026 updates include the addition of forced air ventilation in the queen bedroom for enhanced comfort, along with replacement of all east-facing window blinds. Blackout shades have also been installed in both the primary and queen bedrooms to improve privacy and sleep quality.

Kitchen appliances are new to the renovation, and countertop appliances are all new to summer 2025. There is a clothes washer (new) and dryer in the condo. Also new in 2025 is comfortable polywood seating on the balcony (2 pub chairs with table, 2 adirondack chairs with table, and a chaise lounge chair). All TVs have basic cable, hookups for equipment you may bring, and ability to access streaming programming. High speed WiFi is accessible through the condo.

In addition to a guarded beach, Sea Colony offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and pickleball courts, as well as numerous other family-friendly activities. Edgewater House is the main building of Sea Colony East and has an indoor pool, jacuzzi tub and small gym in the lower lobby, and a beautiful deck and outdoor pool on the ocean side of the main lobby. There is a small store on the ground level of Edgewater House, and the tram that provides transportation to West side Sea Colony attractions picks up here. The Bethany Beach boardwalk and downtown, with numerous restaurants and shops, is a short walk on the beach or by paved street. Also convenient are shops and eateries right across the street, and tennis/pickleball courts a few buildings away.
