- on the ground floor: living room - dining room, fitted kitchen, a bedroom and toilet with washbasin;

- on the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, a cupboard at the top of the stairs converted into a dressing room with wardrobe

- Outside garage and wooden children's cottage

Close to Evreux (1 hour by train from Paris Saint Lazare) and Verneuil-sur-Avre (1 hour 20 minutes from Paris Montparnasse).
For visits to Rouen, allow 1 hour by car, 1 hour 30 minutes for Deauville and 1 hour 45 minutes for the landing beaches.
Access to the Passengers
Private areas not accessible to travellers:
1. Fireplace
2. Bedroom opposite the bathroom (locked) on the 1st floor
3. Boiler room, woodshed, storeroom located in the garden
4. Storage room on the 1st floor
