Clean and comfortable

My husband and our adult son stayed for a weekend trip to Boston. The property was just as advertised, very clean, newly redone, and the owner Curtis was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient.

Check-in process

Scrupulously clean with new appliances, including washer/dryer, so if you are looking to prepare meals, everything is quite adequate. If you have a party of four, you may want to bring another place setting along, or mention it to the property manager and I'm sure he will accommodate you. Easy side-street parking right at the entrance in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The only reason I mentioned the check-in process is because it was my first experience with Vrbo and I found it a bit convoluted and the charges could be estimated much more clearly at the outset. (A "ballpark" depending on your insurance choices, cleaning, etc. would be helpful.)
