Excellent stay and the property was nicely remodeled. I was only in town for a couple of days on business, but would book here again for future stays. Curtis provided excellent instructions and was quick to respond to any questions that I had.

Great place to stay for a visit to Boston. There are nearby bus stops and you can take the Orange Line train which is only a short drive/Uber away. We had a car and there is plenty of street parking right outside the door. The unit is clean, beds very comfortable and the full kitchen is a nice bonus. Host was very responsive and even included some recommendations for nearby restaurants.

This is a basement rental, which was not obvious from the pictures or the listing. Still a great place to stay and close to everything you want to do in Boston.

Curtis’ place is great, just as described. Very clean, obviously newly renovated. We used it as our hub to go on day trips to Boston, Providence, Newport, Quincy and it was a great place to come back to. Beds are insanely comfortable - best we’ve ever experienced on any trip anywhere. Curtis was very communicative, accommodating, and thoughtful. Was a wonderful place to stay.

Very clean, well maintained, parking in front of home, easy access to property. Curtis (host) provided clear instructions on access to the property and what to do at check out. We arrived around dinner time so he sent us several recommendations restaurant and market locations in the area. Thank you Curtis for a home away from home.

This home was very clean, modern and in a great location. Curtis was very communicative and even sent restaurant recommendations. This location was perfect as we took a short drive to the train station where we parked and boarded the train to Salem. Super fast and easy! This location was also a short drive to North Boston where we had the most delish Italian food. I'm so glad we found rhis gem in Boston, we will definitely be back and book with Curtis! Thank you again.
